A retired woman with a large experience managing the apartments since 2014 when the building was completed. Focused in providing a good service to guests. I will try to do my best to make you feel at home.

Property info

Fully furnished with American kitchen, vestier, bathroom, full/double size bed. Price includes management fees, utilities, cable tv, WiFi full coverage, cleaning service twice a week and change of fresh bedsheets once a week. Apartach !lo resuelve todo!. Cool and comfortable one bedroom apartment with a true city feeling. It comfortably fits two, and is centrally located on a quiet street, close to best restaurants and financial center, easy access to all major transportation alternatives.

Neighborhood info

Five blocks away from Zona G an exclusive area of best restaurants, bars, coffee shops. A major groceries market around the corner, and financial center. Comfortable to get basic needs to remain for a long period of time in Bogota. Easy to reach. One block away from public transportation bus, transmilenio. Walking distance to major restaurants in Zona G (the Gourmet Zone) with most important restaurants in the city like French degustation (Criterion), Astrid y Gaston ( top-notch Peruvian dishes), El Ingles (English pub). Very close to Zona T, flashy US-style malls and chic clothing boutiques, by night, they pack the British and Irish-style pubs, hip bars, restaurants and glitzy discos of Bogota's rumba (party) hub (between Calles 79-85 and Carreras 11-15) including Andres DC. Next to calle 72 financial district, 15 minutes ride to (URL HIDDEN) a green space edged by bars and restaurants frequented by beautiful people. 20 minutes ride to Usaquen wich oozes an antiquated villagey charm, with tranquil, cobbled streets, swaths of bougainvillea, and family-run panaderias (bakeries) and restaurants.
