The staff is fantastic and was very helpful in storing our bags and helping us with transportation. Rooms and washrooms are lovely (even took photos of the shower as inspiration for home renovations!!)
CanadaHonestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this property. The staff was AMAZING. The rooms were large and very clean which I loved. The pool area was everything I wanted and more. The breakfast was amazing as well. Overall this property was perfect and definitely in the perfect location!! I will be returning.

Oscar, Andrés, Fredy, Rafael, Jania, Geneidis, Luis Miguel, Brandon, and the rest of the people that work there certainly take care of every aspect and manage to turn every detail into a great experience for us. Me and my wife use to getaway to Cartagena 4 to 5 times in the year, and after exploring many good options, we decided not to try a different hotel. This is OUR hotel in Cartagena.

Also, our staff was so kind and attentive. Just everything about this hotel was perfect. I know there are a lot of hotels in Cartagena to pick from but this one was incredible and when we return to Cartagena we will be back to Nacar!
