Amazing location! New building and luxury apartment loaded with amenities. The apartment has marble floors, TVs, electronic blackout curtains, new washer/dryer, air-conditioning, and balcony with barbecue and beautiful view. The building has a pool, jacuzzi, gym, squash court, parking, and 24 hour security. Nearby are 2 shopping malls, with grocery stores, cinemas, bowling, and restaurants. Park Lleras and Provenza are only 4 minutes away by car with all of its discos, bars, and restaurants.
I have been hosting for over 10 years. I like to travel a lot for fun and for business. My apartments are called, CenterCityFlats. Enjoy meeting new people and seeing new cultures. I understand the effort hosts put into providing a good place for rent and I treat their home with care and I hope my guests will do the same for me. Guests have their own space, but I am always available for questions.
This is the best part of Medellin. This apartment is located on the "Golden Mile". Everything is nearby to make your life comfortable. Santa Fe and Oviedo malls are across the street. There are supermarkets, cinemas, bowling alleys, bars, restaurants, stores, and more. You can get to everything you need easily. The view of the castle is visible from your balcony. Taxis and über are in expensive. The metro is not far. Almost everything you need is walking distance. I can also provide a car with personal driver upon request.
