The area where the Apartment is located is very safe, it has 24-hour security, it is located in the exclusive northern sector of the city, everything is nearby, Makro, jumbo, Olympic, pharmaceutical, service stations, restaurants and university area, shopping centers , sports areas, the Guatapurí river and the different cultural settings and where events such as the Vallenato festival and provincial park are held, in addition to that the Vallenato legend park.
