Super helpful and friendly staff. Lovely, well thought out (wind and rain in Monteverde!) pool area. Great food at the restaurant - even the free breakfast was incredible. Housekeeping did an excellent job with lovely folded towels and toilet paper. It is expensive than other options, but after spending time in the area and seeing the other hotels, this was definitely great value for money.

United KingdomThis was our last stop on our two week adventure in Costa Rica. We were so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Reception organised all our trips and they were also quick to resolve a problem we had with a faulty coffee machine in our room. The staff at breakfast were also very welcoming and served up a good choice including fresh fruits, eggs and local fare. A lovely looking restaurant too. The rooms were very clean and airy, coffee making facilities and coffee provided, bathrobes and daily housekeeping service. The hotel was set in pretty grounds with a nature trail and lots of hummingbirds. The pool area was undercover with a swim up bar and jacuzzi.
