Bright and newly remodeled ground floor apartment just steps from the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee outside on your private patio while listening to the waves. It is within a 5 minute walk to the Costa Rica Sailing Center, our brewery Cerveceria Independiente plus all Potrero restaurants and bars. The grocery store is easily walkable in under 10 minutes, but if you're in a pinch for fruits and vegetables the local fruit/veggie stand is only 100m away at the corner. Convenient to all and safe!

Potrero is a great hub for all your local tours and still has a small town feel but there is just enough to keep it interesting! A car is recommended if you need to travel outside of Potrero however if you want to stay local, everything is within a reasonable walking distance. The apartment is also located on a very quiet street (the street is not a through-street) so walking is quite safe.
