Hush Valley has been fortunate to have had several different hosts, from all over the world! We have had hosts from Argentina, Canada, The U.S., and of course, Costa Rica. Our current host will reach out to you when you book.

This cute riverfront studio is finished with wood milled from Hush Valley! Immersed in the sound of the river, you'll enjoy a basket of breakfast goods from the farm, including milk, eggs, bread, jam, butter, coffee, and tea. Wake up to the birds chirping, the river running at this fabulous organic produce and trout farm. 37 acres await you- with scenic views, incredible hikes, fresh water, and even a heated river view shower. This incredible place is perfect for yoga, meditation, spiritual restoration, star gazing, bird watching, hiking. It calls to rockhounds, fish lovers, gardeners, writers, forest bathers, cold river water bathers, and eco-tourists. Remote, private, with spectacular views. We are as present as you want us to be. Cultural immersion? Great! Let us introduce you to our amigos! After a tour through our trout farm, you can visit our local dairy, coffee roaster, trout smoker, or organic vegetable farm. We are happy to make these arrangements- and they would love to show you how it's done, Tico style. Local tours are offered through HVL.

We're rural. At 1850 altitude, this is real mountain living. We sit upon 38 acres of prime forest with a beautiful river running through. This river feeds our seven trout ponds. Our closest neighbor has a trout restaurant, featuring tout from our ponds. The restaurant is walking distance from Hush Valley. A small store, or pipasa, is in nearby Copey, about a ten-minute drive from Hush Valley. Several restaurants can be found here as well. Larger grocery markets, pharmacies, and a gas station will be found in Santa Maria, about a twenty-minute drive from Hush Valley.
