A new renovated villa with 6 fully air conditioned bedrooms and a beautiful view of the Spanish Water. Upon entering the villa the adjoining studio is located, the studio ensures that you can be close to your family and friends in the villa. On the other hand, it also assures your own peace and quiet and privacy whenever you feel like it. The studio has its own equipped kitchenette with seating area to enjoy your morning breakfast on the balcony overlooking Spanish Waters.  A beautifully decorated house consisting of five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and Game Room Area with Pool Table and a Murphy bed, making this the 6th bedroom. The interior features a design kitchen where you can enjoy a breathtaking view while cooking. The living area has a comfortable sofa and TV that hangs as art on the wall. The in- and outside dining and chill areas all having an elegant, tropical and Caribbean touch. Apart from the incredible view the villa is located 10 minutes drive away from the well known Jan Thiel Beach. At Jan Thiel Beach there are several restaurants, beach clubs and shops. Amenities: - 6 bedrooms  - 4 bathrooms - Private pool - Game room with Pool Table & Classic Playstation - Smoking inside not allowed - Pets not allowed - American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets - Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 7 nights - Water- and Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 25 KwH per day and a maximum of 1 m3 water per day. Over-usage will be calculated at the end of your stay and you would be charged afterwards for your over-usage of the utilities. - Check-in time: 3PM and Check-out time: 11 AM - The rate shown is based on 4 pax, 2 bedrooms, extra person/bedrooms at an additional charge
