Well equipped apartment, clean, new and well maintained. Very convenient parking under the building. Trinity Beach, supermarkets and restaurants are at walking distance. The kitchen have everything that we needed for our week long stay.

Small building with 12 residential apartments. Located in a quiet area of Paralimni, just next to the roundabout of Kapparis/Paralimni/Protaras. 0.7 km from the famous Paralimni Trinity Beach or approximately 6 minutes’ walk /1 min drive by car. The apartment: 75sqm, located on the first floor (no lift) Bedrooms: The apartment has two bedrooms, communicating with each other by corridor. One bedroom can accommodate x 2 persons and has an extra-large queen size bed (160x200cm), built-in wardrobe with sliding-mirror doors (250x250cm), sun protected blinds and lovely white curtains. The second bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people and has two twin beds (90x200cm) which are open from the bottom and slide to another single bed (90x200); also, has sun protected vertical blinds and built-in wardrobe with sliding-mirror doors (200x250cm). There is one air-conditioning unit (cool and warm air) in each bedroom. Freshly laundered bed linen; extra towels and Beach towels are also available. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer & vacuum cleaner are available. Living room: The Living room connected with the kitchen, has one double sofa, stylish vertical blinds, glass coffee table, flat TV

Apartment is located in Kapparis area in Paralimni municipality. A “Buy-Rite” supermarket is right in front of the building. Zorbas bakery (opened 24 hours) is located just across the road 100 meters from the building. Various bars, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, beauty salons – can be reached within 200-500 meters. There is an Ocean Aquarium - 0.3 km close to the property. The Church of Profitis Elias - just 4.1 km away. If you like to visit Agia Napa Monastery - it is 6.7 km from the property and Thalassa Museum in Ayia Napa- 6.9 km. Also the famous WaterWorld Park located in Ayia Napa and it is 9.5 km away from the property.
