Villa Minoas is located in Argaka, Cyprus. This detached property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The villa is within walking distance of the beach. On the first floor of the villa it a features an open dining, kitchen, and living ara. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (2 with bath, one with shower) and two balconies with sea views. Outside is a large terrace with a lounge, outdoor dining, infinity pool, garden, and a playground. There is a Tennis Court available, next to the villa, which is shared with Villa Ariadne.The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure
