The cottage is suitable for a family and a larger group of friends. Due to its location, it is an ideal retreat for a peaceful, undisturbed vacation. A large fenced plot with a hedge provides a great deal of privacy. Part of the property is a field for volleyball, badminton or small football. There is also a swimming pool (3x6m), a beach bar with a grill and a pergola, which is very pleasant against the bright sun. All equipment for sports activities, balls, darts, net and board games are available here. We also offer guests the use of a pipe, a gas grill, and equipment for playing games on the playground.

The cottage is located near Prague in a quiet cottage area across the forest from Sázava. There are several hiking trails and cycle paths nearby in Posázaví. Other interesting places in the vicinity include Farm Park Soběhrdy (6 km), Sázava Castle (originally a monastery) (10 km), Konopiště Castle (13 km), Šternberk Castle (14 km), Jemniště Castle (14 km), Slapská Dam (25 km), Jablonná Castle ( 25 km), Zruč nad Sázavou castle (28 km), Jupiter Prague spa (30 km), Aquapalace Prague Čestlice (21 km) and many others. It is worth noting that Prague with all its beauties is only 30 minutes away by car. Distances: restaurant (Hvězdonice) 600 m, basic food and restaurants, supermarkets and basic amenities (Čerčany) 5 km and Benešov (11 km). Swimming and fishing (with a permit) on the river Sázava 800 m, other swimming possibilities, indoor pool and sauna (Benešov) 11 km. Swimming pool Na Lukách (Vlašim) 20 km, Aquapalace Prague Čestlice 21 km, pond Šeberák 26 km. Horse riding (Levín) 2 km, golf (Konopiště) 12 km, forest 30 m. The ideal transport is by car or train to Hvězdnice and then through the forest on foot.
