Eva is so nice and considerate, she offered to give us complimentary upgrade without us even asking, because she saw we had 2 suite cases and will need more spaces in the room. The room and property itself is very clean.

United States of AmericaThe lady who owns the hotel was EXTREMELY kind. Not an exaggeration. Her friendly demeanor made us feel like we were staying with our favorite aunt instead of at a hotel. She prepared the breakfast by herself every morning and on the first day she even helped guide us to the hotel via phone when we got kind of... lost. :D The hotel itself was much nicer from the inside than the outside promised. I don't mean it as a slight - I'm not personally a fan of old towns or traditional architecture so I was a bit skeptical at first. My worries were absolutely redundant! The room was equipped/decorated in a nice and clean modern way (just like I wish every hotel would be) but still maintained that little something that reminded you you're on a vacation. I should have trusted the online photos. My bad. :) Also the location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect - it's right in the middle of the historical part of the town!
Czech RepublicLoved the view of the castle, the style of the room and the beds were very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, he talked us through the best places to eat and sites to see. There is a communal area with a coffee machine and a fridge with refreshments like wine and beer that you can purchase.
