The house is situated on the edge of a small village in a picturesque environment in the region belonging to the Blaník knights. It is a recently renovated house, which has a smaller fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a dining table with a window overlooking the field, a relaxation corner with a sofa that folds out into a comfortably large bed as a possible extra bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On the first floor, where the wooden stairs lead, there is another relaxation area with a large leather sofa, a TV and access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of nature and a view of Blaník with the opportunity to watch beautiful sunsets or observe the starry sky in peace. There are also two bedrooms on this floor. Both have large double beds. The more spacious one also has beautiful huge windows from which you can see the sunrise. There is a large garage on the property, which can be used by agreement to park a car or store e.g. bicycles. A large garden with fruit trees and a corner of tall trees invites you to relax and rest from the hustle and bustle of big cities.

We are married couple with 3 kids that decide to share the experience of our village house with others to let them taste the feeling of relax on own big and beautiful garden with breathtaking views to nature.

The village is located in the quiet region of the Blanice Knights, just off the highway, approximately halfway between Prague and Brno. In the surrounding area there are many possibilities for trips by bike or on foot, such as Malý and Velký Blaník, vast forests inviting you to pick mushrooms and forest fruits depending on the season. Nearby is Vlašim with its beautiful castle and castle park. There are several farms in the vicinity with the possibility to taste local products, e.g. organic meat, honey, vegetables and fruit or perhaps go horse riding. It is possible to visit a farm with sheep right in the village. At Vlašim, it is also possible to see a field with deers.
