On the first floor of the house, the owner runs a small café with homemade cakes, which is open at weekends. 45 square meter, renovated in 2023, centrally heated non-smoking apartment is accessible via a common hallway and has a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, dining table) with open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, music system), a bedroom (double bed) and a large bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer). There is also a parking lot, bicycle storage, a seating area in the garden, barbecue and free Wi-Fi. On request, breakfast can be ordered in the café at weekends for a fee. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Breakfast (if requested) 8 EUR/person, children under 7 years 4 EUR/person. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
