A restaurant and a swimming area at the Tiefwarensee lake are about 500 meters away. The nearest shopping facilities are about 2 km away.The vacation home was newly built in 2013 and has a separate entrance. It extends over two floors and is equipped on the lower level with a living room with upholstered furniture and 1 armchair, flat screen TV, radio and DVD player and access to the terrace as well as a separate kitchen with electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, various small kitchen appliances and a sitting area as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One room with a double bed and one room with 2 single beds. The house is equipped with central heating and insect screens in front of the bedroom windows. Also available are: Crib and high chair, furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage, 2 parking spaces. Smoking is only permitted outside and the total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
