The 2-room apartment is approx. 55 square meters and has enough space for 5 people. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each check-in. Due to the current situation, we are paying particular attention to disinfecting frequently used surfaces before each check-in. Internet: You can use 500mbit high-speed WiFi free of charge throughout the accommodation. Parking spot: You can park comfortably and safely in your own private parking space. Living area: The bright, spacious apartment has a spacious living room with a large HD Smart TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime and DAZN. A comfortable sofa bed and a cozy dining area for up to 4 people. From the large balcony you can look over the roofs of Berlin. Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and much more. Bathroom: The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and a make-up mirror. Bedroom: The apartment also has 1 separate bedroom with a king-size bed, 2 wardrobes and a work space. Here is an overview of the sleeping options: 1st bedroom: 1x double bed (180 × 200) 2. Living room: 1x sofa bed (160 × 200) Can also be divided into 2 beds (80 x 200) Towels and bed linen are of course included in the price. The apartment has central heating. Children's beds are available upon request.
