The birthplace of the nationally important pre-Pomeranian painter and draughtsman Paul Holz is located on the old farm. The vacation home was completely renovated in 2016 and furnished to a high standard. The furnishings meet the highest standards. The building was designed for a comfortable stay for small groups or friendly families. On the first floor there is a large communal room with dining table, upholstered seating area, fireplace (initial supply of firewood included, thereafter EUR 3/basket), flat-screen TV and hi-fi, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a combined living room/bedroom with double bed and a guest WC. On the upper floor there are two separate apartments, each with a living area with 1-2 sofa bed(s) and TV, a sleeping loft with double bed (access via room-saving staircase) and a bathroom (1 x shower, 1 x bathtub). For small children, a high chair and a travel cot can be provided for self-assembly (simple system). There is also free W-LAN and Netflix. The entire vacation home is very spacious, both indoors and outdoors, so that there are plenty of opportunities for larger groups to retreat and relax. Outside there are several furnished seating areas (some covered), a campfire and barbecue area, sun loungers, bicycle storage and parking spaces. Simple bicycles can be rented on site by arrangement.
