The owner, who lives on the first floor, is usually only on site at weekends. The spacious apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. First occupancy in spring 2021. There is a large living area (sofa set, armchair, desk, dining table, flat screen TV, radio, CD player, DVD) with open kitchen (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a combined living/bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV, sitting area), 2 further bedrooms (each with double bed) and a bathroom (shower, two washbasins, WC). There is also a guest WC in the entrance area. A crib and high chair are available for small children. W-LAN is also available.
