A beautiful swimming area and a restaurant are approx. 600 m away. The year-round, centrally heated, non-smoking house (smoking permitted outside) has a large living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table) with open kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), three bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed, 1 x lounger and crib), a bathroom (shower, WC, underfloor heating, hairdryer) and a hallway with a small utility room. There is also a furnished terrace, barbecue, further recreational facilities on the extensive grounds, parking, bicycle storage, a children's play corner, toys and a high chair. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.
