It offers 85 square meters of space for 1-6 people and consists of a large living room with a pull-out sofa, two bedrooms with a double bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The large living room leads directly onto the south-facing balcony with awning. The kitchen is very well equipped. The center of the apartment is the living/dining area with sofa, TV and dining table. Pets are welcome in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. There is a passenger elevator in the house.
