The apartments are spread over three floors and offer space for up to 21 guests in total. On the first floor there is a rustic lounge (CD player available) for approx. 25 people with a separate kitchen including crockery, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher, which is ideal for groups and family celebrations. The 36 square meter apartment for up to 4 people is located on the second floor of the house, is centrally heated and is equipped with a living room (double bed couch - extra bed for 2 people, armchair, TV, radio, W-LAN) including kitchenette (electric hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher), a bedroom (double bed) and bathroom (shower / WC, hairdryer). On the property there is a sunbathing lawn, a pavilion with barbecue facilities, sandpit, climbing tower, table tennis, slide and swing as well as a parking lot and bicycle storage room. The total price includes water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels (please bring your own shower or bath towels) and final cleaning. Neuwernsdorf - a quiet, idyllic little village in the Ore Mountains is located directly on the Czech border, right next to the Rauschenbach dam and is worth a visit at any time of year.
