SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. A completely newly furnished flat of approx. 90 m2 ideal for a holiday or weekend away in a quiet environment. Flat Bergzicht has beautiful views over the village. There are beautiful hiking trails right from the apartment. It has a cosy living room with an open kitchen. The flat is located in a small complex on the 3rd floor. The living room has a pleasant seating area. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has all amenities. There is a large dining table where you can enjoy a nice long dinner. The living and dining area is in 1 large room. If necessary, a 5th person can sleep on the sofa bed. For relaxation and a good night's sleep, there are 2 bedrooms all with double beds. There are 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. The balcony with furniture offers fantastic views, where you can enjoy nature. On the lower floor is a games room and a bar where you can socialise. On this floor there is also a sauna (shared use) where you can relax. A washing machine and dryer are available. There is an area for storing bicycles or ski gear. The apartment has a charging station for electric cars. If you would like to use this, please indicate this when booking. The costs for this will be charged separately.

The flat is located in the village of Schwalefeld and is a 5-minute drive from Willingen, where you can ski in winter and enjoy everything from tobogganing to mountain biking in summer. Willingen also has many restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Near the apartment there is a wonderful place for children to sled in winter. Forest and nature are right on your doorstep. Hiking or cycling is possible directly from the apartment with the most beautiful routes through the mountains.
