Offered are 3 different rooms in a shared apartment on the ground floor. If the other room is occupied, the bathroom/WC and the fully equipped kitchen for self-catering with dining area there as well as a large garden could be used jointly. Especially at Corona times ideal for a family with several persons or business users (3 persons or more), as the remaining rooms cannot be rented to additional guests due to the shared use of bathroom/kitchen. Nevertheless, there are still 4 steps in front of the apartment, so unsuitable for wheelchairs e.g. - Non-smoker, but of course you are welcome in front of the door at any time. When checking in, please show photo identification, this is essential because of Corona. A very quiet residential area, own car is highly recommended, public transport unfortunately only hourly and only during the day. No further infrastructure directly in the village, but 5 minutes by car to reach shopping facilities / bank / pharmacy / train. Connection to the motorway in Dasing (A8) also within 5 minutes. Accommodation is ideal for a quiet and relaxed stay or as a starting point for excursions or as a project room or apartment when professionally present in the area. Unfortunately we had several serious damages by previous guests, which were of course all repaired. However, a deposit prior to check in is mandatory since then.
