Fitness, balkon, free drinks in room, big shower

Superb location right next to the Rathaus (obviously!). Easy self check-in, but the lift needs a bit of working out - there are two sets of buttons the ones on the left are for the apartments, the ones on the right are for the hotel rooms. The lift will automatically open on the apartment side. To get it to open on the hotel room side insert your room key in the right hand slot at the top of the button pad, turn it clockwise (I think) and press the correct floor on the right hand side of the button pad and hey presto the doors open on the other side of the lift. Well worth it, I promise, since the rooms are super, the breakfasts great and the staff outstanding.

The hotel was in a very good location that was easy to find. It was a short walk to the centre. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived a little early but were allowed to leave our car in the hotel's car park, so although our room was not quite ready it was not a problem for us. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We would gladly use this hotel again on our journeys through Germany.

That was the 2d time i’m visiting this hotel and i have to say the best!First of all it’s affortable for what it offers you,i have stayed to the room 6 and now i’m at the room 2 and it has so many things inside like you are home.It has a fully-equiped kitchen with microwave,stoves,dishwasher and the most important for me the nespresso coffee machine.It has whatever you need to cook from forks,spoons,knifes,pods,plates,cups,glasses etc.It also has free tablets for the dishwasher and when you checkin at your room,they offers you coffee capsules,tea,sugar and bottled water.It also has a mini cute fridge.The interior design is really beautiful.The bathroom is very fair too. Also you can go to the laundry room to grab by yourself fresh cleaned towels.Also the bathroom has 2 mirrors one big and one small and it also has a powerful hairdryer so you don’t have to bring yours.In the 2d floor of the building it also has an awesome werehouse with all the kitchenware maybe you need to take for your room. It also has an iron for your clothes.I also forgot to mention that this hotel is self-service that’s why you have to do everything by yourself it doesn’t have a reception and staff but this is what i like very much.When you come and checkin for the 1st time,you have to grab your card-key from a box in the hallway and you can come any time you want it doesn’t have to be the excact time indicated on checkin and i really like that.Also the rooms are very warm too.It was one of the best hotels i stayed in the world and i’m gonna come back soon.Congratulations to the owners!

Loved this place - one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to and it's in such a nice location. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel this nice for such a low price. I would definitely return!

excellent location, superb breakfast, awesome staff members, and we got the 1st row show to New Years celebration, as our windows were to the main street side, and what was more +++, that option if you close windows, room stays quiet, and noises from outside does not bother at all!

Firstly, the parking situation was comfortable and the street and area felt very safe to leave important things in the car. When entering, the entrance area was not only clean, but beautiful and the building felt safe. The staff at the reception were very kind. The room was spacious and designed very well, there was a lot of attention paid to detail. The shower was very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent The room also had a desk and fast wifi, so I was able to work and attend meetings from my laptop easily. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby... better than my own apartment, in addition the room was completely silent. The temperature of the room was also moderate. In the morning the breakfast buffet was a diverse spread, with all the essentials, and the coffee was great. I was able to meet some of the staff members, and they were happy to chat with me and give me recommendations for what to see in Augsburg. I don't usually write reviews but this visit was exceptional! Thank you hotel Dede!

We had an issue with the parking space. The reception was very kind to solve it, even if it was midnight

We liked everything, Absolutely no complaints. Bed was comfy, internet was working fine, it was clean, quiet. The location is central and easy to reach. The area was nice and quiet as well. The staff was super friendly. Great value for money, especially during the EURO Championship. Would absolutely come back or recommend to others.

Calm, clean and close to the city center

I would like to apologize to all the guests of the hotel, the employees I met and those I didn't, as well as the hotel management for the inconvenience I caused on the morning of February 26. The fire alarm went on because of me and because I was using deodorant. I don't know why it happened, because I used the same deodorant during the previous days of my stay. When evacuating the guests from the hotel, the employees were patient and kind. Also, I would like to thank the policemen and firemen who came to the field that morning and who showed understanding and were really sympathetic towards me in that situation. After I left the hotel, and even now I feel bad because of all the inconvenience I caused to the hotel guests and employees. I hope that this inconvenience can be overcome in the future, so that if one day I visit Augsburg again I can be a guest of your hotel. I hope you will accept my apology, both hotel guests and all employees at all levels of engagement in the hotel.

The bed was comfy, there was enough space in the room, solid water pressure in the shower. Oh and the blue nightlight in the bathroom is awesome.
