Property info

All our apartments are bright and friendly and are centrally located in Hanover. The building has a courtyard with 3 parking spaces. You can arrive by car without any problems and park your car safely in the inner courtyard. A modern high-quality comfort awaits you. The apartments have all been renovated to a high standard and will be ready for occupancy from November 2019. The apartments have their own bathroom with walk-in showers at floor level. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms and ensures a pleasant room climate. Televisions in all bedrooms and living rooms as well as WLAN are also part of the equipment. You can use our Netflix Account for a quiet, relaxed evening in front of the television. Whether you are arriving as a day guest or planning a longer stay, we are there for you. Even our youngest guests feel at home. If a baby cot, high chair or other accessories are needed, this is no problem, simply state this in advance when booking. We wish you a relaxing time with us.

Neighborhood info

Hanover offers many worth seeing excursion possibilities. The Maschsee and the Hannover Zoo are worth a visit in any weather. The Herrenhäuser Gardens and the adjacent Berggarten invite you to linger. When it rains you can visit the Sea-Life or one of the seven museums. The Lavesstraße is centrally located and all excursion destinations can be reached in a few minutes. The shopping mile and the beautiful old town are only a few minutes' walk away. Hanover is very well connected, everything can be reached by bus or train. Hannover Messern can also be reached quickly from the main station, which is in the immediate vicinity.
