Friendly and kind owner. She explained everything and was always in touch. The location is excellent - shops and restaurants are nearby, the city center is less than 10 minutes walk. The street is calm, we slept with the window open during the night. Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, heating, shower, hairdryer - everything worked properly. The bed linen is clean and fresh. The shower in the bathroom is very stylish. We were very pleased. I recommend for everyone - couples, families with children, work trips. Ideal apartments. Thank you, Steffi, for such a wonderful place in Augsburg!
