Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Pension Delagera. Its location is great; quiet, clean and near shops. Finding it was relatively easy and we were grateful for the parking space. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, organised and comfortable. We were also very impressed with the availability of the kitchen which was extremely convenient. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were also very helpful and had great response times. Would definitely recommend!!

The old part of Vohburg is attractive and directly on the Donau and the Donauradweg. There are several hotels directly in the old town, and also several very acceptable restaurants. The crenelated gate into the town, and town square with it's sculpture with running water are interesting and well worth spending a little time to view.

The first thing I noticed upon arriving in Ingolstadt is the cleanliness of the area from the moment I stepped off the train. I had travelled from Cologne through Berlin, Dresden and Nurnberg, stopping a view nights in each place, and Ingolstadt was the best ‘first impression’ of a city I experienced. This continued throughout the 3 days I spent there. The train station is located in a leafy area next to a beautiful park and surrounded by 3 churches. The city has numerous walkways and cycle routes alongside the river and through beautiful gardens. The city is extremely peaceful and had beautiful architecture and many historic buildings and sights. You will find good coffee shops and some of the best traditional food dishes in Germany. I LOVED this place and can’t wait to return.

Inglostadt is an incredibly beautiful city that has the Danube running through it, the city has beautiful nature reserves and parks along side the Danube so that tourists and locals could fully enjoy a nature experience despite being inside a city.

Ingolstadt village is a well worth visiting outlet shopping center. We love going there and have found the prices to be great.
The city also has most of the stores but I can't say we visited it much.
