The Blue Wonder bridge on the river Elbe is just a 10-minute walk away where you can also hop on one of the famous Dresden steam ships, hop-on-hop-off busses or rent a bike and cycle along the Elbe to enjoy the rich greenery. The 3 beautiful castles of Dresden are across the bridge and a short fascinating walk afterwards along the river where you can sight the wine yards and catch a glimpse of the historic buildings of the old town. There are plenty of tram lines which will take you to the old town or the new town (Neustadt), the famous night life area of Dresden where you can find many bars and clubs to connect to lacals or just wind down.
