The large bedroom can be reached from the living-kitchen area and can accommodate 2 people with a double bed of size 71 in x 79 in. The open kitchen is furnished with a cozy sitting area with couch and TV. The kitchen area itself, has a kitchenette with various equipment, including ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, div. Crockery and a dining table. The kitchen leads through the hallway to the smaller bedroom with additional flat screen TV, a double bed (63 in x 79 in) and wardrobe. Also from the hallway you can reach the bathroom and the storage room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. On the property there are parking spaces. The ancillary costs (especially water consumption) are included in the scope of normal consumption.
