You can park your vehicle in the carport, where it is protected from snow and frost, especially in winter. Our house is on the outskirts of Herscheid, above the Versetalsperre. For a relaxing holiday, we offer you apartments from 45 to 60 m2 in a quiet, rural location right on the edge of the forest. Start your holiday activities from here - whether hiking, swimming, cycling, visiting amusement parks and festival stages, sightseeing, cross-country skiing or culture. You can hike in our extensive forests and valleys. Our municipality has published a hiking book with 19 hiking trails and is available in the municipality of Herscheid for a fee. For cyclists there are beautiful routes through nature with different levels of difficulty. Various destinations such as the Atta Caves in Attendorn, the Altena Castle or the Vosswinkel Nature Park are not too far away. The outdoor pool in Herscheid or the AquaMagis in Plettenberg offer you a welcome refreshment. Dogs are possible on request for a fee. Extra bed possible on request for a fee. Country air, meadows, forests: Here you can sleep in peace and quiet

The Gasmert is located at the farmstead 498 m above sea level in the forest 536 m above sea level. From our farm you have a wide view over meadows, forests and fields. The immediate surroundings are ideal for hiking, swimming, cycling and skiing. The Gasmert belongs to the Sauerland Rothaargebirge Nature Park. The highest point of the low mountain range is the Nordhelle. Nature lovers will find beautiful hiking trails with nature reserves, moors, old trees, beautiful views and places to stop for refreshments. Several dams in the area attract water lovers in summer. In some you can swim, in others you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet while running, cycling or having a picnic.
