The 3-room apartment occupies an entire floor of a single-family house on the outskirts of the city. With approximately 90m² and a terrace on the ground floor, there is plenty of room to move. It is centrally located and an optimal starting point for hiking. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is only a few meters away.
