Property information

The apartment is a small but nice studio in the heart of Kassel. The apartment is located on the first floor overlooking the small front garden. From here you can explore Kassel on foot, use one of the rental bikes from Nextbike or take the train to any place in Kassel in a short time. In our comfortable queen-size bed (140x200cm), you can rest perfectly after a busy day. The comfortable armchair also invites you to relax and can be easily converted into a (90x200cm) sleeping place. For your clothes there is a chest of drawers in front of the bed. Of course we offer you free highspeed W-LAN (60 Mbit/s) during your stay and the 4K Smart-TV is equipped with Netflix. The dining table with bar chairs seats 2 people and is perfect for breakfast, cooking or as a workspace. The small kitchenette offers, among other things, two hotplates and all kitchen utensils. The small bathroom is functional, but furnished with love. Here you will find everything you need, fresh soft towels and care products.

Neighbourhood information

You are in one of the best residential areas in Kassel. The vineyard and the city center are within walking distance, where you can find all restaurants, cafes, boutiques and supermarkets. Also the Bergpark with the Herkules and the Staatspark Karlsaue are easy and fast to reach. You can park for free in one of the side streets of the apartment. Unfortunately, parking is NOT allowed in front of the garage on the property. However, there are paid parking spaces on the street, which are good for unloading. The apartment is located not far from the Wilhelmshöhe train station, from where you can reach the apartment by streetcar in just a few minutes.
