Wir sind ein kleines familiäres Unternehmen, mit dem Ziel, deinen Urlaub magisch zu machen! Wir sind jederzeit per Nachricht erreichbar und euch steht natürlich eine Notfallnummer zur Verfügung.

Property info

In dieser geräumigen Unterkunft mit voll ausgestatteter Küche könnt ihr euren Urlaub mit Freunden oder der ganzen Familie so richtig genießen. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten vom Haus direkt gegenüber findet ihr Terrasse, Grill, Pool und Sauna. So könnt ihr an warmen wie an kalten Tagen so richtig ausspannen. Zentral in Sebnitz gelegen habt ihr Restaurant und Supermärkte fußläufig. Bis ins Elbsandsteingebirge ist es mit Auto oder OVP ebenfalls ein Katzensprung (ca. 20-30min.)

Neighborhood info

Zum Markplatz sind es nur 2 Gehminuten. Dort gibt es tolle Restaurants und einige Geschäfte :) Der Supermarkt befindet sich auf der anderen Seite und ist ebenfalls nach einem 2-minütigen "Fußmarsch" erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch der Busbahnhof, von wo man in alle Himmelsrichtungen mit guten Anbindungen starten kann. Zu den Wanderwegen braucht man etwa 15-20Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Bus. Ein paar Routen kann man auch direkt vom Haus aus beginnen. Die Berge kann man schon mit einem Blick aus dem Fenster bestaunen Für den Winter ist die Wohnung ebenfalls super gelegen, da man in nur 10 Minuten an der Piste ist(Die Lifte zum Skifahren sind in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar), mit den Langlaufskiern praktisch direkt starten kann und auch zum Rodeln immer etwas findet. Die Schneelandschaft ist überwältigend schön und im Garten könnt ihr euch zum gemütlichen Lagerfeuer, Stockbrot und Glühwein zusammenfinden. Das Kräuter-Vital-Bad in Sebnitz ist fußläufig erreichbar und lädt mit einer tollen Saunalandschaft oder seinem Freibad im Winter wie im Sommer zum Relaxen ein.
