The very spacious apartment over two floors has been newly furnished and awaits guests with a friendly and cozy atmosphere. In a small community, quietly located at the end of a side street and on the ground floor of a two-family house, you can enjoy your vacation or after work here. The house is surrounded by a large, fenced garden that belongs exclusively to the apartment. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and much more. Here you have direct access to a south-facing balcony. Our guests also have a washing machine in the three daylight bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet. Towels and hairdryer available. The first bedroom has a double bed (190x200cm) and is barrier-free on the ground floor. Since the house was built on a slope, the remaining bedrooms are on the garden level. Here you will find a bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm), two bedrooms each with a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bright, open living and dining area offers you two comfortable sofas, 2 armchairs, Internet radio, Smart TV and a Playstat...
The house "Am Kreuzberg" is quietly located in a small community between Ulm and Augsburg. Behind the house there are meadows and fields that invite you to take long walks with a beautiful view of the Danube valley. The nearest larger towns with supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are only 3 km away. The A8 motorway with the Günzburg or Burgau exits and the A7 motorway with the Heidenheim and Giengen exits are only about 15 minutes away. The house is divided into three separate apartments which offer guests enough privacy. As all of our apartments, this apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail to offer our guests a nice, relaxing and perhaps unforgettable stay.
The municipality of Medlingen lies on the border with the Swabian Alb in the Danube valley between Ulm and Augsburg. The next largest cities are Gundelfingen a.d. Danube, Sontheim, Giengen and Günzburg. The house is quietly located at the end of a side street, adjacent to meadows and fields, in an elevated position and offers a beautiful view over the Danube valley. As there are no shopping opportunities on site, our guests should be mobile and not dependent on public transport.
