This apartment is very centrally located and 2 min. walking distance from US Military Base (Gate1). The apartment is on the groundfloor of our house, it has individual own entrance. In the bedroom there is enough storage space for clothes and personal belongings. Bedroom has comfortable double bed, fresh bed linen encluded. Large living area with sofa, flat screen smart tv, office corner. Kitchen with dining table and place for four. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery, a variety of glasses. Microwave, kettel, coffe maker and toaster are also provided. The bathroom is bright, with bathtub, shower, hairdryer, towels. The non-smoking, pet free apartment is perfect for single or a couple. Free parking on the street in front of the house. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars also in the immediate vicinity.
