The holiday apartment in Leipzig is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The property, which is located on the 5th floor and consists of 2 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a barbecue and a playground, is also available for your use. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Celebrating events in this property is not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste. More information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting. After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way. Dear guests, Smoking is prohibited in the entire accommodation. Cleaning will be charged. Please leave the flat swept clean and by 11 am. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for a later check-out. Please wash the dishes when you leave the flat. Dirty dishes fall under special cleaning and will be charged to you. Please put the dishes only clean in the cupboard. Please respect the quiet hours. Quiet times are from 10pm to 6pm and from 1pm to 3pm at midday. Loud music is strictly forbidden during these times! Please note that you have a holiday flat. This means self-catering. To help you get started, we provide 1 to 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 to 2 tabs for the dishwasher, a kitchen roll and a dishcloth in our accommodation.
