SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. This all-new block house of about 95 m2 is decorated in fresh colours with contemporary furniture. The living room has a new Smart TV on which you can watch Netflix. The separate dining room/kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, combi oven and an espresso machine. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has three single beds. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the living room you can walk out onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun in summer and barbecue on the gas barbecue in the evening. Here you can enjoy the beautiful views and mountains of the Sauerland. Everything is at ground level and suitable for seniors. There is an electric charging station to charge your car. There are sledges for the little ones. One pet is welcome.

Schweinsbühl is a small village located at an altitude of about 550 m in the Willingen region of Diemlsee-Schweinsbühl. It is very quiet and there is plenty of nature. A large number of hiking trails start from the holiday home at the end of the street. Supermarkets are located in Usseln a short 10-minute car ride away. For shopping you can go to the nearby smaller towns of Korbach (Hanseatic city) and Willingen. For a full day of shopping you can go to the historic city of Kassel, which is about an hour's drive away. Willingen offers plenty of entertainment. There is a subtropical swimming pool, a skating rink (also in summer), a go-kart track, a bowling alley, mountain biking. The wildlife park at Ettelsberg in Willingen is definitely worth a visit. In winter, Willingen offers fantastic skiing, cross-country skiing and apres-skiing in its cosy restaurants. Lake Diemel is especially popular for water sports in summer and is a 10-minute drive from the holiday home.
