Die Lage und Strandnähe war perfekt, nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg. Direkt ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es einen Fahrradverleih und auch der Bäcker ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man hat seine Privatsphäre im Appartement und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sorgt ebenfalls für einen entspannten und kühlen Start mit dem Auto. Zinnowitz und auch Koserow sind mit einem ausgiebigen Strandspaziergang zu Fuß erreichbar und am Abend ist am Kurplatz direkt am Strand Programm. Auch ein absolutes Plus ist die kontaktlose und damit zeitunabhängige Abwicklung bei Ankunft und Abreise
