Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. Property info

A large holiday home of approx. 118 m2. On the ground floor of the holiday home, you enter into a hall. Where you will also find the garage and a heated ski storage room. This storage room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The staircase in the hall leads to the middle floor. Here is a guest toilet and the living area. The spacious living room has a modern open kitchen with a spacious dining table, a south-facing balcony, the kitchen has direct access to the terrace behind the house. On the top floor are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and a toilet. The holiday home is equipped with central heating, high-quality sanitary fittings, the fitted kitchen has all the luxury and various appliances. The middle floor has a beautiful tiled floor with underfloor heating. There is a TV connection with Dutch channels and a DVD player. In the garage there is a charging station which you can use for a fee.

Neighborhood info

There are many beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the vicinity of the holiday home. In winter, the ski slope is 200 metres walking distance. Where you imagine yourself right in the middle of a ski area with fine ski runs. Neuastenberg has nice restaurants and its own butcher and baker. The Sauerland is known for its many cosy towns and beautiful natural areas. There are many attractions in the surrounding area. For children there is also much to experience and do, such as a fun trip to Fort Fun, an adventure park with many attractions. The cosiness of Winterberg is a 10-minute drive from the holiday home.
