Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Ort. Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Skischule, Skibus, alles lässt sich gut fussläufig erreichen. Direkt am Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.

You are dreaming of a place without car noise, without telephone ringing, wonderful nature, clean environment, friendly people and a heavenly bed. A holiday just right for body and soul. Then you are in good hands at Residenz Sonnwinkl, in the heart of the well-known climatic spa and winter sports resort of Reit im Winkl. Our 4 or 5 star two and three room holiday flats offer the best conditions for a successful holiday. The residence was developed from the former Sonnwinkl guesthouse and divided into flats in a total reconstruction. High construction quality and a lot of cosiness ensure a relaxing stay in our non-smoking house. During construction, special attention was also paid to allergy-friendly furnishings. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.
A two-room flat with a size of 55 m² and a three-room flat with a size of 100 m² await you. Both flats have a balcony with a beautiful view. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner landlord/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as in winter free travel on the Benzeck lifts. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.
