This apartment, situated in a building built in 1928 and renovated in 2020, is ideal for those looking for a relaxing getaway. This 36 m² property consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating with pellets and wood as well as children's books and toys. A washing machine in the basement is available for an extra charge. The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a well-kept garden surrounded by old trees, a small pond, a tiny vegetable patch, garden furniture, a covered terrace and a barbecue area.
