The coast is close by, as are marvellous landscapes with abundant wildlife and varied nature. Thy National Park stretches from Thyborøn to Hanstholm and offers a fantastic nature experience, with dune landscapes and the North Sea. With a bit of luck, you may even come across red deer or cranes. A trip to Holstebro with its diverse cultural programme and good restaurants is also worthwhile.
