Looking for the ideal vacation rental? Newly renovated penthouse condo, overlooking the pool with a nice size balcony with a comfortable sitting area and a rooftop terrace. Short stroll to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. A great floor plan consisting of a living room with large dining room and open kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. + BBQ on the rooftop and small gym on the premises. Gated Community Security Guard 24/7. Important Information, This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded to you in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Electricity is charged extra. A meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so you pay for your own electricity consumption.
