The condo offers an open, airy floorplan with expansive views from the living room and master bedroom. Coralina tile on the floors and in the bathrooms adds natural beauty to the space. No need to haul your bags up the stairs - a glass elevator provides easy access to the condominium. Guests have access to the sizable pool, lounge chairs, and a covered patio with a table and chairs. The pool is only shared by the 16 condos, so it's usually all yours to enjoy! The complex is gated and guarded by private security 24/7. There are 2 gates - one offering access directly off the main road, and one from inside Encuentro town. Guests ware given a remote which opens the gates, or security can open them.
