A lovely place, very cozy and well maintained and very clean. I didn't meet the host but I got good instructions per message. The leaflet on the fridge has great infos to spend the time in Tartu (I followed the recommendation for dinner and went to "Spargel", excellent choice). It is in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to a shopping center and historical places.

It's a really nice and cozy apartment, small as a studio, but completely functional. The location is great, too, we could just walk to the city centre (around 20 minutes), no bus needed. The owner perfectly explained to us how to do the check-in by ourselves.

The location is incredible. The authentic Karlova neighbourhood gives a great impression of the Tartu pace and culture. It is cosy, close to everything and has this amazing coffee place and bar nearby. It's a lovely place to get out of the house first thing in the morning and walk through the beautiful wooden houses. My partner, who grew up in Tartu, mentioned how he found a part of him that he didn't remember he had in this appartment. He was gloating when he walked in. We were working in Tartu Kunstimaja and this place provided us with the rest and peace we needed. It was comfortable after a long day of installing, but it also gave us a beautiful neighbourhood to discover in the mornings and evenings. Thank you!
