first time in pickalbatros brand i choose this hotel because the high ratings on booking.com which is true nice hotel from stuff to life guards all well trained special thanks to mahmoud snack bar waiter who is always there around the aqua park getting us drinks and when i tried to tip him he refused , chef mohamed at the aqua park pizza station very decent always smiling and a really good image for the hotel thanks for making our trip so special

Everything was perfect. The children were always entertained. Facility was very well maintained and clean. Pools and aqua parks were safe and fun. Food was amazing and very good quality. Staff were accommodating and welcoming. I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel.

Stuff are very professional from reception, restraunts, pool and every where. The resort is very very clean . Alot of pools and the aqua park are amazing. The beach is on otherside and there is shuttle bus every 10-15 mints to go to the beach. Again stuff are very helpful. You can just dream and you will find what you need.

I really liked it and would definetely come again. I was surprised by how clean it was everywhere. Kudos to the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and bountiful and the restaurants were really nice. The lifeguards at the pool really pay attention to the swimmers which is great if you have kids. Other amenities such as gym and the bars were also lovely.

Good quality, clean, many pools. Very good choice for families with kids: 3 kids pools with many slides for all ages could be found just few meters from our room. 3 restaurants are joint in one building, so you have plenty of food to chose from. Also there are 3 hotels next to each other and you can use all of their facilities, so many pools, restaurants, bars. Overall very good experience.

The staff was very nice, smiling, helpful, on reception, pool staff, waiters, room cleaning. The room was spacey and always clean. Few pools have been heated, so great for kids even when it was a bit windy. The animation for kids was a bit repetitive, mostly the same (or very similar) entertainment. Overall good value for money, we enjoyed our stay and I recommend the hotel if you are not too picky on food.
