I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, the variety in the food and a la carte restaurant was incredible with very fast and fresh serve, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, private, and comfortable stay

It is not my first time here .. it is my third visit to Kaisol .. i really feel like home .. everthing is exceptional.. food, rooms, beach and pool are really good … special thanks to mr Ibrahim at the reception who help us in everything.. in the last day my flight was 11:00 PM .. he help us in the late check-out without any extra charges .. really we are happy here .. thanks all .. and for sure i ll be back again soon😊

The most we like are the size of the room and the comfort level. We got free upgrade although it was quite full at the first few days because our holiday started on new year eve. We booked a double room with mountain view our room had no mountain view but construction site view. We slept one night and thought nobody worked but indeed they start working early in the morning. We complained and got other rooms and they are all bad. At the end we got an upgrade to the room in front of swimming pool. We loved it, thank you. We also like the „red flag system“ (means do not disturb) at the beach, at the beginning I didn’t understand it, thought red flag we should not swim. In fact, when you are lying on the beach and don’t want to be disturbed by any staff for excursions, you just hang the red flag and you should have your relaxing time. But some annoying staff (not from the hotel) will still bother you but once you complain it, they will get kicked off by the hotel manager.
