The apartment is only 50m away from the main Marbella promenade and sandy beach, and 50m away from the picturesque Parque de la Constitucion. On entering the apartment you will find on your right newly refurbished and fully equipped modern kitchen. On your left is a large, bright and sunny living room which extends to the terrace. There is a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps two), and a flat screen TV. The terrace has a dining table with four chairs. Down the hallway you will find a bathroom, and next to it comfortable bedroom with the large bed decorated in the modern style.
