Property info

Please note that a damage deposit of 500 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. The pool heating costs 150 euro per week. This villa has 5 large double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large chill-out area and a pool. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, two of these bedrooms are connected (you have to go through the first room to enter into the second). From the living room there is access to the terrace with outside dining room and barbecue. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite and sea and mountain views. The 5 rooms have TV with international channels, air conditioning and WIFI. The villa is equipped with all necessary appliances, bedding, bath and pool towels. The villa is just a 2 minute walk from Gran Sur shopping centre with a supermarket, restaurants and shops. The beaches are less than 5 minutes drive from the villa.
