The house is antique, and everything seems to be handcrafted, very well-maintained, and pursues a sense of art or literature. The garden is very big with several possibilities to have a seat and enjoy the sunset behind the village and over the ocean. Everything is noble-classical and originated in an ancient epoch. The place is very calm.
The staff is warm-hearted and discrete, absolutely friendly and familiar.
I only spent one night at Hotel Emblematico, but I would have loved to stay there longer.

Extraordinary apartment! Stunningly renovated, all new with everything you could want. The view was beyond amazing to the rocky shore and seawater pool. With the sliding windows, we could get the full effect of the crashing waves, or close them and have excellent soundproofing.
Such tasteful decor, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen stocked with dishes / utensils, pots and pans. Bathroom with lovely lighting and clean lines. The washer was a bonus for us as we had been traveling a couple of weeks already.
Wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this incredible place. The host was also very responsive.

It has everything you need to be comfortable. Very nice decoration with care in the details. The host was always available for anything we needed and willing to help. The natural sea pool in front of the apartment is really nice for swimming.
The climate here suited us well. Most days there was cloud cover until midday and in the evening, which is pleasant when it's hot. Also it meant this region is greener than most parts of the island.
Tacoronte has good shopping, nice restaurants and the beach was a bus drive away down the mountain. We especially enjoyed the farmer's market on the weekend.

It is a place located quite high above the sea level, meaning it's quite difficult to access even with a car. Because of the height, the city is usually covered with fog and a little rainy, particularly in the mornings/evenings. The streets are very narrow.
